Farmacista, con la passione per la cucina ed in particolare per la pasticceria, ho sempre ritenuto che i due ruoli abbiano molte similitudini. Mi piace sperimentare sempre piatti nuovi partendo dalla tradizione e dai prodotti della mia terra, ma guardando anche la cucina di altri Paesi. Credo che la fantasia in cucina sia fondamentale.
